Jim Whittaker to Wilderness Peak / off of 900
Straight up out of the car and straight down. Rocky and rooty. Lots of bugs (maybe the good weather though) good workout but not fun, no good views. Bring sturdy shoes and lots of water.
Whitaker wilderness trail
Not very wild, and no view, but quiet and pretty trail with a nice ascent and decent. Always a pleasure to hike mid-day Saturday without crowds too!
