East View to White Rocks, MD, USA
Week 5 training hike. 22 lbs. Used an Aarn Natural Balance pack for the first time on an open hike. After some external strap adjustments for a water bladder, the pack felt good. Minor boot adjustments. May need a larger size or a boot with a larger toe box. The weather was much better than week 3 hike. Cooler at 84 degrees with a breeze.
