The Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden is a peaceful park in SE Portland that comes alive with multi-colored rhododendron and azaleas once Mother's Day rolls around. The 7 acre park has trails allow for a tranquil setting of bird watching, flower gazing as well as lakes, fountains and small waterfalls. Admission is free from October thru February and the park is open 6-6pm. There is a small $5 admission fee from March-September with proceeds going to garden maintenance. There are drinking fountains and restrooms available. There are almost 2 miles worth of criss crossing trails. Many are wheelchair accessible.
