Backpacked into lower Bilk Basin at 11,000 feet, hiked Gladstone the next day, camped another night, and hiked out the 3rd day. The hike from camp to Gladstone and back to camp took 10 hours. The ridge to Gladstone took 2 hours up, and almost 2 hours down. It was a steady Class 4 ridge scramble. I made a number of route-finding errors, but none significant.
