noendos Oct. 19, 2020 This one is all about waterfalls, especially in White Oak Canyon (WOC)--but you'll work for it. Getting to the first waterfall at 1.5 miles isn't too hard, but the rest all require a steep climb over the next mile and a half. Continued on the fire road (a nice walk through the woods with a reasonable grade after the WOC trail) over to the Cresent Rock parking lot to connect with the Cedar Run trail. Cedar Run is smaller and the falls much smaller), but the narrower canyon means faster water & deeper pools. Again, fairly steep but beautiful and impressive. Next time I want to hike up this trail. WOC is VERY popular and parking on weekends can be a challenge.
